Certificate II in Kitchen Operations

The course aims to promote the following employability skills: communication, initiative and enterprise, learning, planning and organising, problem solving, self-management, teamwork and use of technology. Students will work in the Commercial Kitchen for the practical components of the course.

Certificate III in Catering Operations 

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in catering operations who use a range of cookery skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to prepare food items. Using discretion and judgement, students work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.
